Can't tell you how much we enjoyed your pasta. It was fantastic and
so beautifully packaged that I'll never send anyone flowers again. It's
such a perfect gift. We had a pasta tasting - serving each one in turn and
I can't tell you which I liked best because I kept switching back and forth
- but I think the limone won over.
We served it with a little butter and
sauteed sage fresh from my herb garden. I also loved the swiss chard, but
the three cheeses was delightful. Anyway, it was Jim's birthday and it was
just a wonderful treat all around. Thank you so much and congratulations on creating something so beautiful
and so delicious.

After ordering your pasta and eating the entire order myself, I wrote friends that the experience of eating your pasta was better than any sex I had ever had; however, finances would not allow me that experience on a regular basis.
So, I had to put those exquisite tasty
pillows out of my mind, but today, I had to visit your site and am thrilled

Just a quick note to say that the pasta was a hit for both my husband and me as well as my boss and her husband last night!
We ate the angel hair and I had given my boss a tray of the lemon zest ravioli. She is still raving about how great it was.
The only thing we need to do is figure out how to find someone from Columbus, OH who travels to Atlanta, GA on a regular basis so that we can have it more often!

First, you have to know that Cannelloni is my favorite pasta and I'm always in search of restaurants that serve it.
My search is over. That Roasted Asparagus Cannelloni was the best I have ever had!! It was perfect.
I had to make myself stop or I would have eaten all 4. You are truly a food artisan.
