Even though they're fluffy as clouds, our spinach gnocchi are satisfying and easy to cook. Prepared with smooth sheeps milk ricotta, top-grade Parmigiano Reggiano, eggs and tender spinach, these are delicious simply served with Via Elisa Fresh Pasta's Verdura Tomato Sauce.

Sweet Potato Gnocchi
Our sweet potato gnocchi are made from roasted sweet potato and Parmigiano Reggiano. The nutty flavor of the cheese and the sweetness of the potato are enhanced when browned butter and sage are drizzled lightly over them.
