Passionately Perfect Tomato Sauce
No passport needed to enjoy this classic Italian offering; a sauce served in restaurants and trattorias throughout Italy and one I fondly remember from many lazy days in Rome with friends. Made from exquisite imported Italian plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sautéed carrots and celery, this sauce will charm you with its simplicity and beguile you with dreamy thoughts of Italy.

Locally-made Fresh Pesto
I love fresh pesto...especially fresh pesto made here in Atlanta with the same care and attention to detail that we put into our pasta. It is called Hope’s Gardens Pesto and we carry it in 4 ounce jars. Made from fresh basil grown locally, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano, pine nuts and garlic this is pesto at its best and most delicious.
La Diavoletta
This "little devil" will fire the desire to book your next vacation to Italy. Take a walk on the wild side with my lively combination of roasted red peppers, cracked black pepper and prized imported Italian plum tomatoes chastened with an infusion of fresh cream. Dante would have circled the world to catch this diavoletta. Heat slowly to a simmer and serve over, what else, Via Elisa Angel Hair pasta!
Sofia’s Sicilian Caper
CAPERS! My daughter Sofia is crazy about them and she is the inspiration for this sauce that reminds me of childhood summers in Sicily with my cousins. Luscious imported Italian plum tomatoes, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, peppers and extra virgin olive oil combine to create a dramatic flavor steeped in the traditions of Italy's most intriguing island. Heat to simmer and serve over any Via Elisa fresh pasta. For a special Sicilian treat, after tossing the pasta with sauce, sprinkle grated ricotta salata on top.
